Kindness

Lindsay, baby incredible, and Nuni. So kind and generous. Drove us around the island, took us to beaches, brought us to restaurants with delicious food...

Let us stay in their house, (complete with pool for morning swims) fed us vegetarian meals, taught Myrie Portuguese, (I am going to hold on to my Spanish, sorry Brazil) and kindly let us stay for 6 days.


And Nuni's friends and band mates-- who didn't mind 2 Canadian girls who don't speak Portuguese hanging out with them as they sat in front of the local bar jamming. Perfect weather, talented musicians, cold beer... A great night out.
